Touchstone Energy is a nationwide brand and marketing effort identifying cooperative utilities that provide superior customer service while maintaining a strong local presence.

 The focus of the program is to unite electric cooperatives in the United States and allow them to work collectively to continue providing the best service possible as the electric utility industry changes.

 Southeastern Electric Cooperative's decision to become a Touchstone Energy partner is more than just a graphic addition to our name and logo. It represents a commitment to our customers, both households and businesses that they can always count on us, as a locally based and controlled utility to deliver reliable, affordable energy services and to be an advocate for their energy and community needs.

 To date, approximately 700 electric cooperatives across the United States have joined the Touchstone Energy alliance. By pooling resources with other co-ops through the brand program, Southeastern Electric Cooperative will be able to provide consumers information and create awareness of our customer-focused services as the electric utility evolves dramatically during the coming years.
